What is a Perfect Whole Foods recipe?  A recipe made of minimally processed ingredients and absolutely none of the following:

  • Sugars of any form (pure stevia products are okay)

  • White flour or refined flour of any kind (whole wheat flour is fine)

  • White rice or refined grains of any kind (brown rice is fine)

  • Fruit juice (some must also eliminate whole fruit for a period of time)

  • Dried fruit

  • Caffeine

  • Alcohol
